  • Lower friction and higher efficiency: due to the flat thread angle, the inserted force is efficiently converted into a translational movement. The spindle nuts have a low coefficient of friction and high wear resistance, reducing energy requirements and heat generation.
  • Longer life and lower costs: dryspin threaded spindles have up to 30% longer life than conventional threaded spindles, thanks to the optimal alignment between the spindle nut and threaded spindle. In addition, the spindle nuts and threaded spindles are up to 60% lighter than all-metal alternatives, reducing weight and inertia. Polymer spindle nuts are up to 50% cheaper than metal spindle nuts, reducing procurement costs.
  • Lubrication-free and maintenance-free: dryspin spindle nuts are available in seven different materials that feature integrated solid lubricants, so they never need lubrication, making them excellent for dirty, dusty or humid environments. They are also resistant to corrosion, chemicals and temperatures up to 200°C. dryspin threaded spindles do not require regular maintenance or cleaning in similar solutions that require them. Thus reducing downtime and operating costs.
  • Individual (online)( configuration and easy assembly: dryspin threaded spindles are available in different variants, such as steep, trapezoidal and metric threads, with right, left or reverse threads, and with different outside diameters and pitch. The threaded spindles have up to 30% longer life than traditional spindle systems.
