Turck expands its range of sensors to include inductive measurement sensors with IO-Link and an analog output for concave- and non-concave mounting. Thanks to the integrated microprocessor, the BI11-CK40 and NI11-CK40 models offer significantly improved linearity and accuracy, including temperature compensation over a wide temperature range from -25 to +75 °C. The devices are the only sensors of this type that have an adjustable voltage output from 0 to 10 V as standard, as well as an additional switching output that can be freely parameterized via IO-Link, providing accurate measurement data and comprehensive diagnostic functions for predictive maintenance.
Simple parameter transfer via IO-Link also facilitates sensor replacement in case of failure and minimizes production downtime. With a long reach of up to 25 mm and a minimum linearity deviation of less than 1 percent for the concave version and less than 2.5 percent for the non-concave version, the robust IP67 sensors provide maximum precision and reliability in a wide range of applications, for example, in the mechanical, packaging, energy and automotive industries. The proven rectangular CK40 design enables space-saving, flexible and easy-to-implement installation solutions. The sensor head can be easily positioned in five directions using the tool provided.
