Ergonomic handling of heavy workpieces

The VacuMaster Comfort is equipped with an ergonomic operating handle that integrates all control options as well as a regulated vacuum generator for reduced energy consumption. The Comfort "lifts" manual handling of sheet metal, wooden or plastic sheets, barrels, windows and glass plates up to 750 kilograms to a higher level.

The Comfort is particularly suitable for handling large, flat and largely airtight workpieces, loading and unloading CNC machines with sheet metal, airtight wood or plastic panels.

The VacuMaster Comfort is AGR certified and supports the back when lifting light and heavy loads. This reduces the physical strain on employees and the VacuMaster contributes to an ergonomic working environment and thus to a reduction in sick leave.

The vacuum lifter is equipped with a control lever in which all functions are integrated. The lever is available in different lengths so that sufficient distance to plates or panels is maintained. Optionally, the VacuMaster Comfort can be equipped with a 90° tilt function.
