A particularly important aspect of the LinMot DNA is the constant desire to develop. This characteristic, coupled with close communication with customers, once again made it possible to meet specific customer requirements. The P01-23, P01-37 and P01-48 linear motors had been available as "high-performance" variants for some time. LinMot is now launching the size 48-M01 in an even further optimized version.

More powerful

The already proven modifications to the motor winding, The applied neodymium magnets and the use of high-quality materials, ensure the improved performance of these motors. The optimized performance is particularly evident at peak, continuous power and speed. These advantages can now be used more flexibly: since the design of the new M01 variant is based on the proven short motors P01-23S and P01-37S. Size 48-M01 motors now also offer optimized dimensions for tight spaces.

Cooler

Even applications in the smallest installation space, which previously could not be achieved or could only be achieved with forced cooling, can be realized with the new M01 linear motors. This is possible because the cooling capacity can be increased by the new, lightweight cooling flange without hindering additional space requirements. The M01 series motors thus have a slim cross section and low moving mass and are particularly suitable for both slider and stator applications.

More compact

So if you opt for the M01 series, you benefit not only from the higher power density, but also from its practical dimensions and extensive mounting options. This is guaranteed by the particularly slim integrated mounting flange of the 48 series equipped with M8 threaded holes on the right and left sides and on the bottom.
