3 top events under 1 roof at Flanders Expo in Ghent on September 13-14-15

Event organizer Easyfairs is launching 3 top events under one roof: a cross-pollination between Transport & Logistics, Empack and Logistic & Industrial Build trade shows. A mega initiative with impact for the entire transport, logistics and packaging sector from September 13 to 15, 2022 with Ghent as its second home port.

Tried-and-true concept in new location with new slant

Each concept is punishment in itself and reinforces the other communities. Because 3 events taking place simultaneously offer 3x as many opportunities to exhibitors and visitors. From packaging and filling to logistics, from transport to industrial & logistics real estate... expect inspiring live encounters, sustainable innovations and booming business.

Couldn't be more different with the renowned trade show Transportation & Logisticswhich, after 20 successful editions in Antwerp, is now looking to Ghent. Ditto for Empack, the largest Belgian hotspot for the complete supply chain of the packaging industry - usually in Mechelen and henceforth biannually in Ghent. A logical "extra" location because of the rapidly growing logistics and industrial hub Flanders.

Logistic & Industrial Build

Both top events get an extra boost thanks to Logistic & Industrial Build, a new feature on Transport & Logistics with a focus on logistics property, a rapidly rising market segment. At the fair, there will be plenty of room to talk to construction firms as well as providers of materials and services for new construction, renovation and preservation of industrial and logistics buildings, definitely worth a visit. And with 1 free entrance ticket, visitors are welcome everywhere.

Additional exposure food industry & automation

This edition, Empack and Transport & Logistics put the spotlight on the food industry and automation. Food & beverage companies have a very strong presence in West and East Flanders. Barry Callebaut, Alpro, Bonduelle, Vandemoortele and many others ... Belgian glory we can be proud of. These companies also deal with supply chain, packaging and real estate. And here too, automation and innovative technology to improve efficiency are high on the agenda. The 3 events together meet all needs. Knowledge, experience & networking central

The fair will be officially opened by Mayor Mathias De Clercq and port alderman Sophie Bracke, followed by a large port debate in collaboration with KMO-insider.

In terms of knowledge, you will be updated by sector specialists from both the logistics and packaging sectors. Themes such as production optimization, sustainability, digital transformation, supply chain resilience, logistics real estate challenges, eco-driving, opportunities for a strong HR policy, etc. will be addressed in the qualitative content program.

North Sea Port provides an in-depth look at the challenges ahead and we are also hosting a Jobday together with TL Hub and other HR partners.

Experience can be found on the various demo zones and you can even test your skills on the We are Champions' zone and in Hall 5 on the (lifting) truck simulators.
