When things go wrong on the dock, the suffering is incalculable. Of course this has to do with safety, but much "suffering" is also the result of loading errors.
Consider the wrong pallet in the wrong truck. This type of "suffering" can be easily prevented by using a scanning gate to be set up at the loading dock.
A scan gate identifies, checks and records whether the correct pallet (possibly in the correct order) enters the correct truck in one step.
We call this "shipment registration without downtime," making a shipment process more reliable but also faster.
