As of April 2024 MA-IT MyAutomation also established in Amsterdam. The new location in Amsterdam Zuidoost not only serves as an office, but will also function as a Competence Center. That means; exclusive space for partners. Including a conference room, sufficient engineering space, an innovation space and a coaching and talent development space. So there is plenty of room for the further development of engineers; for young talent as well as for the mediors, seniors and lead engineers of MA-IT.
For years, renowned companies within industrial automation from North Holland knew MA-IT to be found. But an epicenter where technology and development meet was still lacking for this region. In Almere, there was indeed a solid home base in the office of our partner KALCIO Healthcare. But given the rapid growth in both projects and employees, the need for a larger office arose.
Managing director Aram Malas says, "Due to the expansion of our partner program and the now broadened portfolio, a competence center was a must. Here we secure skills, knowledge and technology to further innovate and improve processes. We do this by investing in specific knowledge areas in order to set up a network of experts. With this advanced knowledge in specific sectors, we remain at the forefront of new developments and can therefore respond quickly to changing business requirements and emerging technologies.
The choice of this location in Amsterdam is also important. Cities have an increasingly prominent role in the global economy. Regardless of population growth, more and more people are choosing to live and work in cities. This development is accompanied by challenges in terms of sustainability and infrastructure. Two market segments in which MA-IT given their projections is going to have a larger share in the coming years. So with this housing, social concerns come into play. MA-IT sorts out the dynamics of society in order to sustainably accommodate growth and keep the city livable.
