What does one know after taking this course?

After acquiring sufficient basic knowledge (e.g. after attending the basic quality training course ISO 9001:2015), you will zoom in further on the audit process, including the phases of preparation, execution and reporting. You will be able to perform an audit according to the ISO 9001 standard.

Description

Management systems are expected to be periodically audited to see whether the requirements of the corresponding ISO standards have been met. Audits are preferably prepared according to best practice, carried out in a planned manner and reported in a comprehensible manner. In order to be able to do this in a grounded manner, this is assigned to employees who are qualified to do so. As a result, Not only requirements imposed by the standards are verified, but also whether management systems add value in your organization.

During this training you will receive a personalized version of the official ISO 9001: 2015 standard.

Who is this training intended for?

This course is for YOU who want to retrain as an internal auditor according to ISO 9001:2015.

Prior Knowledge

We expect a basic knowledge of quality according to ISO 9001: 2015 from sharers.
Persons who do not have this basic knowledge are advised to first take the basic Quality ISO 9001:2015 training.

Program

Your internal auditor qualification is modular:

• The first session (lesson) is collective and continues in class.
• The second session is individual in your company, for this you will meet with the instructor.

First session: plan, execute, follow up and adjust audits (collective session)

• You will be formed in an in-depth knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and related.
• You will learn how to set up and complete an audit program.
• You will learn audit techniques and audit skills.

Second session: Guidance in the practical conduct of and audit (individual session, at your site)

• You will conduct an audit or interpretation of your own management system(s) under the individual supervision of the instructor.
• You will complete necessary verifications and reporting.
• You will receive external assistance and a sounding board for best practice.
