Smart 48Vdc protection

Block's EasyB modular electronic fuse series has been expanded to include a 48Vdc variant. This module is ideal for protection in 48Vdc drive technology and the associated control hardware. The modules are designed with fixed values or an adjustable variant up to a maximum of 10A. This provides optimum protection against overloading and short circuits, even in applications where long cables or small cross sections are used.

The main advantage of the Easy-B system is that the various circuits can be switched on/off or reset individually. Optionally, the EasyB can be equipped with a fieldbus module for IO-link or Modbus RTU to create messages and monitor statuses or measured values.

EasyB is the only modular electronic fuse system worldwide that meets all requirements for setting up an industry 4.0 system in condition monitoring and predictive maintanance for 48Vdc systems. With UL2367, UL508 and DNV approvals, EasyB modules can be used worldwide.
