The new micro diaphragm gas pump type NMP830 HP delivers outstanding performance in terms of capacity, pressure and suction, all in a very compact size. Ideal for applications in medical equipment and gas analysis.
This new HP series achieves an increase in capacity of 33% over the standard NMP850 and 44% over the standard NMP830. It is a compact design with a width of only 31 mm. The pump has a free flow of 5.5 l/min for the single-head version and 10 l/min for the double-head version. Furthermore, the pump is designed for pressures up to 3 bar g and a vacuum of 200 mbar abs...
Also because of its compact size and high performance, the NMP830HP lends itself well to applications in patient monitoring, wound treatment and ventilation equipment where a compact pump is required with high flow and low noise. The pump is available with one or two pumpheads, with brush motor or brushless motor in two-wire or four-wire versions. As standard, the pump is available with EPDM and PPS as materials in contact with the medium, but like all KNF pumps, we can also customize the pump to customer specifications.
